I think some of the limits are a bit small.
125 Clones per month, aren't clones produced in the thousands range?
25 Starfighters, same as above
Recruitment Centres/Centers, shouldnt they be based on Planets? EG, Coruscant or Naboo would gain far more than, say, Pzob.

People who can build armies have enough resources to build a lot of cloning facilities, so it doesn't really matter.
The reason why thousands of troops were produced was because of that fact that there was more then one cloning facility on Kamino.
I actually though the starfighter thing was a good idea. Most places that have large fleets are people who several thousand facilities.
In my opinion you would get just as many from Pzob as from Coruscant. Perhaps just not humans, maybe a natural race there?

I killed everything on Pzob.
and nobody has thousands of facilities.. BHE has the largest fleets, and they have 50 at the most.
