Several ships appear in space around the farming world of Concord Dawn, ships that were newer then the ones used before, ships that were held together tightly by metal instead of loosely by rust. These ships were only about 250 feet in length, unpainted. As such they held the look of durasteel which of course is what they were made of. Inside however everything was not dull, much in contrast to the exterior. The inside was a bustle of movement, Mandalorians moving from one side of the ship to another, running the machinery that was required to keep the ship in working Order. While these Mandalorians were working hard others were sleeping in there sleeping chambers, getting a well deserved rest before they would go back on shift, replacing the Mandalorians who were working now. While the crew was doing this long and boring process the leader of these ships was standing on the bridge of the ship, typing into a council, pressing buttons that made a eerie glow as he did so. As he continued to do this a holoimage flowed out of the controls and into the air, words flowing across the image, words that were in Mandalorian, something that most people would not be able to read. As he did this he quietly stopped to look at it, as if he was waiting for something to happen.
He did not have to wait long. Soon after the message was sent another was received, giving him a closed channel to send a Holoscan to the leaders below. As he stood there waiting for the recordings of the people he was going to have to talk to he simply sighed. He was growing tired of the same thing every time, and lusted for battle, wanting to give into the call in his heart. However he would not disobey the new Mandalore, whoever she was. As the scans finally appeared he stood there quietly, staring at the 6 people who were standing shoulder to shoulder in average clothing. He however was not in average clothing at the moment, the reason of course was because he was on duty and as such he was not granted Free Will. He was wearing Ceremonial Officer armor, armor that resembled what the Mandalorians wore 4,000 years ago, except red tinted. As it came on he began to talk, his face hidden to the people.
“Greetings people of Concord Dawn, I beseech you to listen to me. You are a humble people, people that have a warlike history and struggled with survival to survive to this day. You are a people who are immune to the plague that ravages your planet., killing all outsiders who enter the atmosphere of the planet in a hour. You are the people of the Mandalorians. The Mandalorians are returning, growing stronger by the day. We are becoming stronger then ever before while the Galaxy lies in Chaos. No longer to the whispers of the Sith reside in our Skulls, no longer does the Republic hold authority over these planets. What right is it of theirs what you do and who you associate with? You are a people of Mandalorian descent, a group of people who are stronger then the galaxy itself. We are stronger then the Galaxy! Together, united, we can rise from the ashes of the past and become what we truly always were, conquerors. Many of us have fallen to reach this point today, and even more shall fall to reach our destiny. But we can make it because we are Mandalorians! We are tough! We are strong! We are wiser then the Jedi themselves!
The people looked at each other, nodding as if agreeing to what the Officer was saying to them, contemplating what he was saying to the highest degree.
“We have gained much from experience in the last 4,000 years, much that we could have used last time around. We know that the Jedi are not simply pacifists who won’t raise a finger when you attack. We know that the Republic is not as strong as it deems itself to be. We know that the Sith only care about there own ends. We have learned from our mistakes, paid for them. Oh yes we have paid. We have paid 4,000 years of suffering! We were forgotten in our 4,000 years. We were not remembered as a culture but only as Bounty Hunters, people who just want credits!”
Murmurs of hate filled the crowd as they remembered there code of honor, a thing that Bounty Hunters have no sense of. Bounty Hunters of Mandalorian descent were a thing of dishonor to Mandalorians, something that is a direct violation of there Code of Life. As such a few of the people who were talking to the officer appeared like they were ready to take on a entire clone squadron. The Officer Continued
“So what say you? Will Concord Dawn join the Mandalorians again and achieve greatness?”
Concord Dawn Official: We will talk about this..

Within a couple of hours a message was sent out and received by the Officer’s ship. It was a declaration. They had agreed to join the Mandalorians again. With that they simply floated above the planet, waiting for a message from Mandalore.
