it's probaly the only IP that is banned haha >.< so yeah unbanning would be nice as i stated in the spam fourm when i am bored i need something to do O,o

Dude, two problems:
1. I am not admin. K1 apparently didn't want the newbie councilmen to have access to the council board so he made sure I couldn't add them. This also mens I don't have the privs to edit the ban list in any way. This includes banning or unbanning people.
2. There were multiple banned IPs, and yours was not on the list last I checked.
You're gonna have to either wait for your ISP to change your IP, or find out what your IP is and bug K1ddy to death about it. Be sure to include what your IP is in order for him to fix it.

-.- i am not giving my IP to you peoples and the one you see now is my schools computer.. so of coruse it is not on the list. and well sence i won't be unbanned for some time time to spam everywhere no?

Well, you'll HAVE to PM your banned IP to K1ddy in order for him to be able to unban it. So until ya do, ya can't use that IP. Seeing as to how K1 set it so mods can't access Ban List, I can't do anything about it.

Poor Gurthy, it's good being a mod... But it's bad when that means you were downgraded  Besides, deleting all banned IPs would work that way you know you've got him unbanned |

Mods here cannot ban, all we can do: is post in locked posts, delete posts, modify posts, bump posts, sticky, lock, move... and if I remember anything else i'll post it...
